The fifth entry in Amotik’s AMTK+ series unites Italian artist D-Leria with Argentinian producer Translate for a focused, four-track vinyl release. D-Leria opens with “Filterbank,” a forceful, low-end-heavy piece driven by layered bass and sharp percussion. He follows with “Let It Be,” where a rare use of vocal fragments adds a haunting dimension to an otherwise direct and physical track.
On the other side, Translate shifts the mood with “Notation,” a piece built on precise rhythmic patterns and beeply bright, cyclical motifs. “Shifted Communications” closes the record on a more shadowed note, with tension running through its lean, pulsating structure.
This release invites distinct perspectives on contemporary techno, offering contrast and coherence without overstatement.
